The best way to ensure that you will receive the attention you deserve is to schedule an appointment. With this dedicated time of about one hour, we will show you the ovens and teach you how to plan for one in your project. We will not only review the entire procedure for designing and installing your oven, but we will demonstrate how to start the fire, the types of food you can cook and how the various accessories work.

Reese Corgiat, our in house Licensed General Contractor, is available by appointment for plan review and site visits. His years of experience in the construction industry is a valuable tool when planning your oven or working with sub-contractors.

Rico Felice first started working with Mugnaini when he developed his mobile pizza oven trailer for Felice Forno Catering. Weekdays you can find him at Mugnaini taking calls and giving demonstrations in our showroom.

Cindee Sorensen is the glue that holds the office together. She coordinates oven deliveries, cooking class registration and all things paperwork related.

Adrian Quiroz manages our warehouse and oven construction. Over the years and through hundreds of oven assemblies, Adrian has become a master pizza oven builder. He insures a level of quality and precision not seen with other pizza ovens.

Andrea Mugnaini, our president and founder, splits her time between the office in Watsonville and the cooking school in Healdsburg. Andrea created and opened the home market for wood fired pizza ovens over 20 years ago.
