Brunch served from your pizza oven!

Spoil your family or holiday guests with these special brunch recipes. Whether you're using the residual heat from the night before or starting fresh, your meal will benefit from being cooked in a pizza oven. 

If your oven is hot, breakfast can be as simple as placing a pan inside to cook your eggs and some bread on the floor for toast. If you've not done this already, you've got to try it.

Spicy Candied Bacon Sweet maple syrup, a little spice and the kiss of the flame. 

Cast iron pans work incredibly well on the oven floor delivering deep, even heat. Slide the pan closer to the fire to get extra Crispy Hash Browns.
