STARTUP TIME — all of the ovens in the residential line may be brought up to maximum temperature within an hour using the recommended amounts of wood. Mugnaini can also teach you to utilize your oven during that startup period while it comes up to full cooking temperature. Once that first batch of wood has burned down to coals this is your ideal prep time. Oven conditions are perfect during startup to char peppers, roast eggplant, garlic, onions, and more.
All residential ovens may double as fireplace. The amount of heat output is proportionate to the oven size and the size of the arch opening.
