White Porcellana Cookware

Mugnaini offers two imported Italian lines — a lighter weight Antica Terra Cotta cookware and a heavier duty white Porcellana. Because the white porcelain is heavier and stronger, it is available in a selection of larger sizes. Both, however, provide superior insulation to menu items which prevents scorching and evaporation of sauces and juices. Ideal for baked lasagna, eggplant Parmigiano, roast chicken, fish and vegetables.
