The Art of Wood Fired Cooking: private classes

Some of the most rewarding times in the cooking school are when we host a private class. Often it is a group of friends on a wine country vacation, or a family celebrating their new wood-fired oven. Seeing everyone come together around the hearth to cook and eat is exactly how the oven is meant to be shared! Everyone leaves these classes and returns home to fully enjoy their oven with their newly acquired cooking skills.
If you have a group of eight or more you may want to consider scheduling one of these private classes. Your special day can be tailored to include the specific menu items you wish to learn to cook in your oven…pizza, roasting meats, fish, vegetables, baking bread and desserts, etc. Please contact Andrea Mugnaini to schedule and discuss details.
