Congratulations to Forge restaurant Executive Chef Jeffrey Amber and his culinary team who are days away from opening a second branch of their immensely popular pizza restaurant in Danville, California. The new Forge Danville features a Mugnaini 140 oven, which they’ll be using to turn out their amazing wood-fired, Neapolitan-style pizzas and other specialty menu items. The Forge restaurant in Oakland’s Jack London Square has been drawing rave reviews from professional food critics and devoted fans since it opened in January. They currently serve over 1700 wood fired pizzas each week topped with local, organic and seasonal ingredients. We’re confident that the Forge team will have similar success in the new location, and we’re proud to include them in our Mugnaini family.
