Join Lambert Bridge Winery and Andrea Mugnaini, owner/chef of Mugnaini Imports, as we present our 4th annual Harvest Festival on Saturday, October 4th at Lambert Bridge in Healdsburg. Get a behind the scenes taste of the winemaking arts and then watch and learn the secrets of preparing authentic pizza in our Al Fresco Kitchen. Stop by the Marche' du Fromage and enjoy a selection of French cheeses expertly paired with Lambert Bridge wines, or enjoy hand-made French crêpes made fresh to order. Later, sit down in the garden to a sumptuous French style harvest feast, highlighted by a traditional roasted pig in our wood-fired oven, whole sides of roasted bass and freshly grilled rib-eye steaks. A selection of authentic side dishes, rustic breads and Bordeaux-inspired wines will accompany the main dishes. |
