Pork Seasoning

• 1/2 cup ground coriander
• 1 teaspoon ground cloves
• 1 teaspoon allspice
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon white pepper
• 1 teaspoon nutmeg

Mix together spices and store in an airtight container. Use for the preparation of Porchetta and other pork dishes.
