Our commercial classes teach you not only how to work the oven but also how to cook using the full advantage of a Mugnaini oven. For that reason our classes are restricted to our oven owners only. VPN Pizza Training
The Neapolitan tradition of baking a pizza is revered world wide and is now widely accepted in this country. This class features a full immersion into every aspect of La Vera Pizza Napolitana. Taught by Michael Fairholme of WoodFiredConsulting.com using our Commercial Model 120 oven. Michael trained in Naples and is well versed in kitchen design and the guidelines required to pass certification by VPN Americas.
