President, founder and visionary; Andrea is the heart and soul of Mugnaini. She splits her time between Watsonville, where she still answers the phone to personally assist clients, and Healdsburg, where she teaches cooking classes in The Art of Wood Fired Cooking. A long standing proponent of introducing the wood fired oven to Americans, Andrea can also be found at various events around California’s Wine Country and Tuscany, Italy where she teaches week long cooking classes.
Reese is in charge of oven production, commercial sales and can answer any installation question. As a custom home builder and licensed general contractor, Reese installed multiple Mugnaini ovens and remodeled the Mugnaini cooking school in Healdsburg. His experience with reviewing design and construction plans has clarified the installation process for many clients. At home, Reese cooks in the first factory assembled Piccolo oven, that is, when his daughter Abby lets him. Curt is the newest member to Mugnaini’s sales staff and brings with him years of commercial kitchen experience, technical savvy and a passion for wood fired pizza. Customer service is his specialty and with a wealth of resources to pull from, he will be happy and able to assist you in any way. In regard to his oven choice: “The new, all steel Piccolo in the barrel roll shape will fit perfectly on my deck and allow me to take it with me when I move. I’m sold!”
Adrian is our warehouse manager and is the main oven builder for Mugnaini. With hundreds of oven assemblies to his credit, you are ensured the best built oven possible when you choose from one of our factory assembled options. An oven owner too, Adrian fires up his Piccolo almost every Sunday for family meals. He can also be seen delivering ovens to local clients and our portable ovens to events throughout Northern California.
