Oven Roasted Cranberries

  • 1 bag fresh cranberries, 12 ounces
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon orange zest
  • 1/3 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon


Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, stir to combine. Allow to sit for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally to dissolve most of the sugar.

Place on a 1/4 sheet pan and place into oven.

Cook in either the Perimeter burn for 3 minutes or the Roasting oven environment for 5-6 minutes.

Rotate pan and stir occasionally.

Recipe doubles well.
