Roasted Fingerling Potatoes with Aromatic Salt

Prepare oven according to Mugnaini’s Medium Roasting Environment, 550-625˚F


  • 1 pound fingerling potatoes, sliced in half lengthwise
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon aromatic salt


Place potatoes on a sheet pan and toss with oil and salt. Place into oven and roast for 15 to 18 minutes or until soft and browned.
