- 2 cups dry Cannellini Beans
- 8 cups cold water
- 1 Tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil 2 sprigs fresh sage
- 6 whole black peppercorns
Drain and rinse beans. Set into Terra Cotta a bean pot and add 8 cups cold water, olive oil, sage and peppercorns. Cover and set into low temperature oven (about 350 degrees) overnight. Remove from oven and season with salt to taste.
