Bringing Mugnaini back to our roots, the school is located a short distance from Mugnaini’s headquarters where the ovens are manufactured. Guests stay at a choice of luxury hotels and all levels of experience are welcome!
Not only did I learn to master my wood fired oven under the capable instruction of Andrea herself, I got to experience all that wine country has to offer.
