2 dozen ripe fresh figs
1/4 cup fromage blanc
1 ounce semisweet chocolate
Stem figs then score the top in and “x” 1/4 inch deep.
Set figs on a sheet pan and roast for about 3-4 minutes or until they begin to release their juices and caramelize.
Remove from oven and place on a platter. Top each fig with 1/2 teaspoon of the fromage blanc and grate chocolate over the top.
